How to place order:

1. Select the item(s) that you require from our website by clicking the 'Add to Basket' link shown for the item.

2. Items that you have selected can be reviewed at any time via the 'View Basket' link.

3. When you have completed your selections click on the 'Checkout' link to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment information via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.

4. If you make a mistake during ordering please contact us as soon as possible. If you need to amend your order prior to placing it you may do so on the shopping basket page. Remove items or amend quantities using the controls provided. You may need to refresh the contents of your basket for changes to take effect. If you really get stuck please call or email us. Delivery Because of Blaklarder's extensive product range some of our products have to be ordred direct from the manufacturers warehouses in Sweden. This means somes times product lead times for delivery can stretch upto 3 -4 weeks. However Blaklader items we do have in our warehouse here in Staffordshire, Woodyworkwear will dispatch next day. Business Post is used to deliver our clothing orders, who guarantee a next day delivery and send you notification of when you can expect a delivery.

Cooling Off Period- You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of commencement of the service. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation may help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods and or services. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and payment. This will confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods or services are no longer available, out of stock, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and refund immediatley.

Return Policy

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

Returns and exchanges can be made by returning in person to our Olympic House Head office, or by mail. Please call our offices, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online. Please note: For any items that are retuned but not faulty or fall outide the scope of the 'sales of goods act' will be incurr a 25% restocking fee.

Returning by mail

Within the UK: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid by Royal Mail or Other courier company with a proof of postage kept. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service.  
Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping.

If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment in returning outside the UK.
